        wow,thank you all climate

        called all climate to help my father in-law, heater went out and everyone he called was a week out. called all climate , was told the same thing, told them he's elderly and cold. the gal said please hold, the guy that took the call asked for his address and phone number. they were there, and had his heat fixed in 30 minutes. come to find out that was the owner himself that went out and fixed it. after finding out grandpa is a military vet, he said, this one is on us !!! no charge. an away

        I work with this vendor in my job. We utilized them personally recently in putting in a on demand water system. My husband and i found them extremely thorough and knowledgable. We felt it was great service and comparable prices.

        Helped me over the phone

        I contacted them slightly outside of business hours. I left a message with a receptionist, and a tech named Dave called me within 10 minutes. I spent about 10 more minutes on the phone with Dave, who listened to my symptoms and gave me some advice about next steps.



        In the furnace business, they will provide emergency service outside of business hours for an additional fee. Dave advised me that my problem probably wasn't urgent and could be handled on Monday. He then gave me some information over the phone to educate me about my furnace.



        I believe Dave may have given me enough information to avoid a visit, which is fantastic. I think my furnace is operating fine for now. But I will certainly have them in mind should another issue arise.
