The appraisal for our property contained numerous factual errors. The appraisal amount was sufficiently high enoough to allow us to refinance. But the lack of professionalism, error checking, and follow-up communications suggest that there are better appraisal firms available.
I cannot recommend the Appraiser, Nancy Gabert, or her company Bratton Appraisal.
