Most recently went in this establishment. I called about car alarms. I was shown the various car alarms. The primary reason is because the previous car alarm was going off when ever. I was shown the Viper Car Alarm. I was informed this car alarm would have a life time warranty . The receipt says: One year warranty on parts. A verbal promise means nothing. You as a customer can not prove a verbal promise. The implied contract must say : Life time warranty on : Viper Car Alarm. Next : This includes : Labor. Next: This car alarm is also going off no one standing next to the car. So I checked the car . For any animal like a cat or other . Nothing. I called about the problem . Supposedly some female named Murray is suppose to call me back . This sounds very shady. Next: If all else fails . Might have to go some where else and pay for another new alarm. The price was : Two hundred plus. Why? I paid for a sensor in case some one is going to tow the car or touches the glass, with a metal object. Obviously the real reason its not in writing , in reference to life time warranty. Is for plausible liability. Employees come and go. Now this is what happens. We never said that. Then where is this in writing? The total price for all that was supposedly done here: $530.00. Two female at will employees: Murray and other : Olivia. Note: Some times when a customer complains about something installed: There is : Retaliation for making a complaint. California Labor Code: 6310. Like mysterious other car problems. We as customers should not have the same problem with any car alarm. It should not go off any time. Plus: If in fact you put in a new alarm , you should be given the old one that came out. With out having to ask for it. This will take away reasonable doubt they left the old one inside? If Murray does not call its a shady business. The excuse is she was much too busy with other customers. Bad customer service. Nothing for : $530.00. Bad business.

I was happy with there recommendation and i bough a touch screen radio with back up camera. I was originally going to buy a cheap wireless system on amazon . Glad I called them. The only thing it took longer to install then expected.it took 3 hours instead of the 2 that was quoted.

Amazing!!! Great customer service (ladies in the front i'm talking to you), and excellent work! I had my tint done there and they did a great job. I went with the lifetime warranty ceramic and it makes such a big difference in the CA weather! The sales woman was so informative and answered all the questions I had! I had got a apple radio installed with them as well. It's so user friendly and easy to use. Matches perfectly with my new kenwood speakers! Thank you elite car stereo!

I went in about a week ago just for a tint job and didn't realize all of the services they offered. I ended up getting my tint, LEDs and New speakers. And I was impressed with how all of it came out. Great work... The girls at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. I will definitely be returning soon for my back up camera!
