This piss poor hotel is infested with bed bugs. You have to beg and beg for the illegal alien house keepers to please change all the bed spreads . Most all the house keepers are working on fake paper work. Possibly fake social security cards. From a dead American baby. Tito , is the lead illegal alien . He is a janitor and maintenance. Some of the doors have problems with locks. Some of the rooms have none stop mosquitos . Also even though you make reservations in advance. The front desk will lie to you. They will promise you are room on what side you want. Then the front desk will recant this. My friend requested the rooms with out a building on top. When he drove fifty miles to get here the incompetent front desk employee refused to give him a receipt . She was so incompetent she did not know how tom use the photocopy machine. The room she gave to my friend had construction going on. The other room was adjoining paper thin walls. My friend was given another room. Then a rude driver parked next to my friend's car. The driver of the truck swung open his door left a dent. At will employee Patsy ordered my friend to go to that room. The hotel never apologized. Next: The new at will employee; A male Hispanic with a goatee and mustache was informed about the dent on my friends car. His reply was: " Sorry we can't help you". Tito , the illegal alien with fixed papers was standing not far away. Next: My friend was sitting in his room. Then the new male Hispanic adult at will employee pounded on door. Why? Because he ordered my friend out of the room . Why? To see the illegal alien Tito inspect the dent left by a truck driver. Tito was bent down looking at the dent. Its because the hotel wanted to charge my friend for the cut in the seat. The previous new employee not only refused to give my friend a copy of the receipt, this idiot was not trained on how to use the pan cake machine. The owners are from : India. They are not around. They placed Tito the illegal immigrant with fixed papers in charge . So even though you might spend thousands if on the weekly basis . This is a very bad hotel . Its owned by foreigners from India. This hotel is : Anti American veteran. The reason the American veteran was parked at that location is it was the room given by the female working the front desk . Some lady called the American veteran. She never apologized for the dent. Caused by another guest. She was more interested in the feelings of her negligent employees. She claimed this piss poor hotel does have cameras. Yet only she can see what's on the camera. To start with I question if the hotel parking lot cameras work ? Our car right front fender was hit. Possibly by a driver's front door of big white construction truck,when he opened the car door of a big white truck . The truck had hoses plus tool boxes attached. I actually love this hotel. All the employees are very nice and professional. The rooms a spacious. Have a built in computer type of fireplace. The hotel has a very nice laundry station for a very nice price. The hotel looks very nice with lots of Christmas lights. There is a very nice complimentary breakfast. There is a micro wave and a refrigerator in each room. The hotel has a pool and a sauna . All this is very nice. However; Never hand deliver or mail this hotel any Christmas card., This is forbidden. It might end up in the trash. There is a good book that teaches how to read people. Its called: The Human Polygraph. Example: All liars have dilated pupils . They put the head down.
