Beautiful work but the customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. I call and order flowers "belated happy birthday" for my Practice Manager - by name - sent to my office, today. Explain my oops! I do business with them regularly. So, they send the receipt to my Practice Manager - by name - before the flowers. I called - thanks a lot! Response - from owner: So, do you still want the flowers? Could not care less. Next time, calling someone else. I pointed out that with that level of interaction, I could just go for price and call 1-800-FLOWERS.
