Don't ever give these folks your business. You'll be sorry that you did. I have never met with such high pressure sales tactics as this group perpetrated upon me and my wife. When they found out we weren't buying, one in particular salesman became so rude and harassing I filed a complaint withe the BBB. GO ANY WHERE BUT LITHIA IN REDDING!

I visited the service department on 10/14 and met 3 service writers crammed into a small space. They looked uncomfortable and I felt sorry for them.

I was looking for a front end lube job for an older Chevrolet. The 3 asked me to go around to the Quick lube section of the dealership where I was advised in that sections waiting area that it would take an hour and a half to get to my 5 minute lube.

I ended up going to a Jiffy Lube that actually lived up to their title.

The 3rd star rating given was for the benefit of a doubt, perhaps I really shouldn't have felt like I was in their way for coming in to spend money at their service department.
