terrible customer serviceWe picked up a pair of cable chains in Arlington WA. just in case we needed to put them on a U-Haul we were driving to move our daughter to Arizona from Washington State on 11/13/2010. After getting through the mountains I stopped at the first Les Schwab I could find to return them since 1) I don't own the U-Haul so I'd never be using them again and 2) I didn't want to have to put them in my suitcase to fly back from Arizona. The young blond lady behind the counter was rather short with me and said sorry, you can't return them until after April 1, 2011, company policy. We don't stray from company policy. I was fuming. When I purchased the chains, they told me about the return them if you don't use them, but not about the April 1st part. I called another Les Schwab down the road at Red Bluff and they said under the circumstances, they'd be happy to take them back.
