        for the above review I'd like to say that the job was a time and material job it was verbally bid between 1500 to 2500 and it was an on the spot estimate for approximately what it was going to cost. this was a remodel with saw cutting and jack hammering up the floor and unexpected plumbing that could be underneath the concrete. I am always fair and honest with my pricing and have never tried to go back on anything against what I said

        Make sure you have a written estimate from this group before you agree to hire. What started as a small job and around 1500.00 to 1800.00 ended up costing almost 2400.00 and was shocked when it didn't include the finish plumbing... Which was another 500.00
