5 Star Nails

Amazing! My friend reccomended I go to 5 star nails, went for the first time. The place was very clean and the staff very friendly. My full set was so good I went to go for a pedicure, it was great. I have to struggling to find a good nail salon , now I've found it. Professional staff great prices I would suggest 5 star nails to anyone looking for a nail salon!

Absolutely amazing! My full set was outstanding the staff really took their time. I've been to a couple of other nail salons and this one beats them by far. I've been going here for several months and have referred my friends. They all are so happy to have found 5 star nails. I highly recommend to anyone.

Since moving to York a few years ago I have tried several different nail salons. 5 Star Nails is by far the best around! The salon is immaculate and the owner and staff do a fantastic job! I am so happy to have found this place!!

I went for a pedicure and gel manicure. The service was great. I have been going here for the past 6 months or so and I have always been satisfied with the service. I highly recommend them to my friends.

Hi Alea W. I am the owner of 5 stars nails. First of all.Thank you very much for recommended us business. I hope that you would understand more what happened about your friend.When she came in,couple of her nails were in bad shape and even had some glue in between the real nail and the arcylic.It would be very bad if I don't take them off for her because there may be some fungus or mold would grow if we keep them like that.I explained to her what best to take care her nails and she was the one said,If I take her nails off and re-done them.She would go somewhere else and I had no other choices to do so that,I had to let her go because my professional experiences would not let me do that plus I don't want any bad feedbacks or bad reputations about people say (BECAUSE i WENT IN THERE TO GET MY NAILS DONE AND GOT A FUNGUS FROM THEM).To do the refill and fix her nails would cost her $22 and take me only 30 mins to do, but to do the whole new set would cost her $25 which mean $3 more and take me 1 hour to do while I had other clients waiting for their turns.Please tell me…What is better for me?.$3 for 30 mins more,but I still wanted to take a good care of her nails.Because I look at this way. I am doing business in a long term NOT 1 time and never seen clients again.It is not the way i am doing business.I really wanted to take good care of her nails not for more money and also there were a few other clients in here while it happened .I didn't yelled at her to leave.They knew exactly what happened.Again I am really sorry for any inconveniences.Thank you all for your understanding.

Went for a pedicure today - based on the reviews I read about this salon. They did such a great job. Took their time, massaged my feet and legs a few times during the service and overall were great. I will be back!

Was hesitant to try a new nail salon, but left extremely happy with my service. Although I waiting for about a 1/2 hour on a Friday afternoon, they were quick to get me seated and started. I had to remove a damaged full set and start fresh. I was concerned about the price and trying gel for the first time. I am going on 3 weeks without a fill and they still shine and have not chipped. I recommend 5 star to anyone looking for a local, clean, and pleasant atmosphere! ����

I am not usually one to write reviews or honestly go to the same place twice to get my nails done but I love this place. It's so clean and there are a ton of color options whether you want regular polish or gel. My 7 yr old likes it because they have pedi chairs her size with the massagers. I was scared to go in because there was a different salon here before that was nightmarish but I was more than pleasantly surprised and will be a regular going forward.

I LOVE the new ownership!!! This is, by far, my favorite place to have my nails done!!!

Went there for a fill the lady acted as if she didnt know what she was doing...lightly filed my nails...filled them in,,,then took the dremal on them a little...then buffed she got ready to paint,,,,I had to tell her to get the gel off from around my nails and on my fingers....had to keep telling her what to do...never buffed they were so ruff had to ask her to buff...then she painted......walked out to my car,,took notice both my pinky finger nails were lifting went back in took another hour,,I was there 2 1/2 hours very POOR wont be going back.....Had to give rating was there was a O rating thats they deserve.....:(

Wow if I could give them 0 stars I would. This place is horrible. First, when I get my nails done i want it to be relaxing. I don't want to listen to a mother yell at her 7 year old son and her daughter that is maybe 2...should I mention that both children and the husband are getting pedicures as well. Next, there are only 2 people working and 6 people in the salon. I had a 20 minute break in getting my toes painted because they had no one to do it...then as I write this for everyone I am waiting on them to finish my fill because again there are only 2 people working...did I mention the fact that a 2 year old could have painted my nails better. There is orange paint all over my toes. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND 9 NAILS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE
