Kim's Nails

i went here on February 24 and got a full set of acrylic nails done. apparently the girl who did mine was new there and i asked her to do whatever was going to be yhe cheapest and she replied with "what about whatever is cutest" so i said no, thr cheapest. she wound up doing something that cost me $10 extra and i wasn't even notified until AFTER she was done. by this point i was already upset about it but i didnt argue, and i paid the $35. but the next day, every single nail had a bubble underneath and were starting to come off. after 3 days, they started falling off like the little stick on nails you can buy at the DOLLAR STORE. so i gave it a day and then called and asked for a manager but i couldnt get a hold of anyone for about 3 days which made me even more upset! i finally get a hold of someone who can do something about these issues and get to meet with her about it and she tries to tell me she cant give me any money back but then changed it and says i can have half my money back even though all of these things were wrong and then when i said i didn't even want the $35 nails and only wanted the $25 ones, she tried to give me LESS money back, (not even money, a gift card to the place i dont want to come back to) like I'm stupid or something. regardless, this place pretty much screwed me over and then acted like i was an idiot and tried to screw me out of my own money. i really did not have a good experience at this place and i will not be going back for anything. i think i might sell this gift card, anyone have $18?
