When the guy showed up to work on our air he didnt know what he was doing and spent an hour in phone with someone to walk him through what he was supposed to do!!!!!

These guys are terrible, hire and fire at will, you never know who will show up and how many times it will take them to fix problems right. We will never use them again!!!!!!
