On the beginning i was very nervous cause he is one of many contractors that require a 3rd on a deposit. I did just that cause the owner did not stroke as the type that will run away with my money when I have been in his office and everything was in place and neat it seem that he had a lot of tools furniture etc I had to be away when he started the job once I came back 7 hours later he already finish cleaning up the big mess that I expected to see after he left or that he will do a sloppy job cleaning up but to my surprised everything look as if he was never there it took one more that he told me but he did finish and I was satisfied to pay him the rest of the balance.
