I have dealt with Ravenna Pest Control on three different occasions over the past several weeks. Each time I was incredibly pleased with the professionalism, timliness, and thorough job done. On each separate occasion he showed up as quickly as possible, explained the work that needed done, completed it thoroughly, and explained any follow up or clean up still necessary. He even took extra care to clean up any dead yellow jackets, knowing there were children in the house. I cannot say enough good things about this company, and we will most definitely use them in the future!
