        I was referred by a friend to ...

        I was referred by a friend to take my vehicle here. I was getting my RV ready for a road trip. The crew at Rathdrum Perfection Tire came through. They went the extra mile getting my tires and wheels all set. Bob and Jeremy checked things over and test drove the RV so I could have confidence on our trip. Several of the systems they looked at, though older, were in good shape- (brakes,axel,bearings...) They did what needed to be done and did not do unnecessary work. Back home now. Over 3,000 miles and a safe trip- Thanks!

        Realizing I needed to get my oil changed before I headed out of town, I first called the Hayden Perfection and they were all booked up for the day, I then called the Rathdrum Perfection to see if they could fit me in. After saying if I was there in 40 min they could get me in right away, I sent my cousin to drive my car 30 min away to get the oil changed and when she gets there they say it will be an hour and a half! I then call to find out what happend and the gentleman is extremely rude and nonprofessional towards me. This isnt the first time something like this has happened either. About a month ago I went to them to find out why my tire kept loosing air and they said it was a loose seal and sent me on my way. I wake up the next morning to ANOTHER flat tire! I then took my business to the hayden perfection and they so kindly found a nail in my tire. If you have the opportunity I would highly reccoment the hayden perfection over the rathdrum one.
