        They sent a guy out to get our pilot light fixed on our water heater. He was here for 15 minutes ran a brush over a section of the water heater and left. The pilot light went out within 20 minutes. We had to call Action Mechanical to replace parts on the water heater. The guy they sent even said that part needed replacing, yet he didn't do it.
