        Professionalism

        They have a staff member at the front desk who was incredibly rude to my 73 year old father. We have been clients for 14 years. It is beyond disappointing that Cook supports this type of treatment. I do not recommend going there unless you want to feel like it’s ok to be patronized and disrespected.
