        High quality work! Bills for things you dont expect. Call me at 605 255 4755 to see a copy of his invoice. It includes 1688.50 for invoice work and 689 for a contrac and charges for all time spent discussing plans prior to any work beginning. Must see, if considering so you can make up your own mind.
