Called my home owner warranty to report an issue with my air conditioning. They sent out CSI. As the previous review noted, they came on time, however, the service tech was as friendly as a fly. The tech tech tells me it's a burnt wire. Ok, I havent' been school to learn how to work on an AC unit, so what do I know. He says the unit should cool by tomorrow, slowly because it's 95 degrees outside. I get home from work 7 hours later and it's still warm in my house. I look at the thermostate and what do ya know??? The tech has set the FAN to on. SO, I flip the switch to AUTO. And you guessed it!! Ran for 5 minutes and nothing!! It's 7:30PM and it's 79 degrees DOWNSTAIRS!!!!! Can't reach them because every number I've dialed is a generic answering machine that doesn't even announce the company name. Between City Service and the 2-10 Home Warranty Company, I'm over it.......BEWARE!! CALL ANYBODY BUT THESE FOLKS UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE! Headed to a hotel......

called my home owners insurance because of issues with hvac, they sent out CSI. even tho they were prompt and come when they said they were going to he there, I still want to address a cpl issues. first issue is no one works on weekends so had to wait the whole weekend to get service, second issue the service tech had the personality of a wet brick, third issue is I tried telling the service tech what we were experiencing and he treated me and my buddy like we were stupid and lieing about what we where experiencing, and last but not least I told him there were 2 dogs in the back yard, but they were friendly and he still was kicking at my 8 year old small dog. my opinion is that I wont use them anymore and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Horrible service. Please find someone else, anybody else. Complete rip off.

They replaced my evaporator coil in my unit and continued to have leaking issues. They came out and did a leak check and found nothing. Freon was low after 3 days of the repairs and they failed to set up an appointment to run a pressure check to see if it was in my lines. I constantly called them to set up an appointment and they kept telling me they would call me back to confirm the appointment. Needless to say they didn't call me at all after two weeks of waiting they finally tell me they are going to have to replace the lines. They're prices are outradgeous to fix it and I found another contractor to do it for 400 dollars less. I wouldn't recommend them if its out of pocket expenses. If it wasn't for my home warranty company trying to keep them then I would've found someone else. Thats why I give them 3 out of 5 stars because the work was fine but the customer service and the waiting period was ridiculous.
