Rapid Care Urgent Care

Absolutely worst urgent care I've ever been too. The staff, "Jackie" was non HIPPA compliant. She was requesting personal information (d.o.b, insurance info, home address etc) from patients, out loud, from behind her desk. The male nurse was playing with people who were notably ill, teased me about my weight, and treated me like a nuisance. I've been here twice, and only went back the second time because of the doctors expertise. I agree his bedside manner is reprehensible however, he is incredibly knowledgeable. Nevertheless, I'll never go there again! #awful

The doctor was horrible the worst I have seen in ages his bed side manners were horrible very rude and disrespectful took my daughter in a lot of pain and he acted like she was Liebig and made her feel stupid and worse. I wish I knew who to complain to about that doctor worste that I have ever seen.
