Peter Yanes Doctor

I've been going to Dr. Yanes' office for the last eight years. He, his wife, and their staff are very professional, friendly, and down to earth. The work they do is excellent and they make you feel at home when you arrive. I'm recently married and my wife is now a patient here and couldn't be more pleased as well. I was shocked to see 2.5 star ave. I've never had an encounter here that would deem such a review.

I started taking my daughter to this office when she was 3 years old and she's now nearly 5 years old. Can you imagine a child this age looking forward to going to the dentist?! Mine does! They are so gentle, kind and professional. It is easy for me to trust my little one to their compassionate care. I have recommend them to my friends with small children, who have also had positive experiences with this dentist.



On another note, when I noticed there were negative reviews of my dentist on this site, I was quite surprised, as nothing could be further from my experience. I checked out the other reviews written by these reviewers and found that they had each reviewed the same businesses and one had actually written virtually the same negative review of another dentist. As my mother taught me, it is always good to consider the source!

for people who clam that had a bad experience in are office i really wish you call before you decide to post these comment's we do are best to make sure you guy's get nothing but the best treatment.....

don't trust these doctor he got alot of emotion family issue if you ask me the office is run by these young doctor wife who can't set appointment's

my experience with these office it like no other i had many issue with the staff and the doctor my appointment it always keep canceling on me with out any notice no call nothing and i show looking like a idiot. it always a different excuse with these front desk staff like there computer being down or doctor left early reason of a family issue but yet i didn't got a simple call from these people so i decide to give them one more chance and decide to set a another appointment with Dr. yanes these time i wasn't able to go to my appointment i call 2 day's ahead to let the doctor know i wasn't able to come on the august 12 on august 13 i got a a rude call on my message machine from doctor yanes remind me that any appointment chancel no less then 24 hour will be a 45 dollar charge at these moment i was out rage because it seem to me no one in these office can pass a message or set a appointment so now i got these mess all straight it out and got my exam done the doctor told me i need to have few teeth's pull out on my right side so after extreme pain that i had to go tough i found out that they pull the wrought teeth one of there dental asst. mix up few of the xray picture you only could image what happen next so now i had get 3 crowns no thanks to him and the only thing he can say's mistakes happen it make me wonder for some one who attend school for 10 to 15 year's could mix up something easy as reading a xray so my best in-vice stay always from these people!

so truth i had pretty much almost the same experience that you had but also these doctor pull the wrong tooth his only excuse was that one of his asst. didn't set the x-ray film right and that it can happen to any one. tough i understand mistake happen but now i am 2 tooth less and these issue haven't got fix and i call his private number and no luck 9094664496

i don't know where should i start form getting rude call's by the very own peter aka Dr. peter remind me that i miss 2 recall's and remind me if i miss one more i am gonna be charge a non sense feed of 45 dollar wow how can people do these and get away from it.



But o wait there more ! few day's ago i decide to go to my recall and maybe try to explain to him i was having a family issue and that why i wasn't able to go to my both appointment's but i also call them 2 day's ahead for some reason he never got my message how nice tough i shouldn't had been Yale .



so now i am in his office for almost 3 hour's i swear the office was dead no people so i ask myself what the wait? i found out after 3 hour's of waiting that Dr. peter had a family issue and seem like he isn't planning to come

how nice a call could help you think?



or the mins i arrive and i sign in the girl's in the front desk should of told me DR. peter wasn't gonna show and i should charge him 45 dollar feed for not showing up and putting him in my shoe's so a week later i got a phone call from one of the girl's in the front desk telling me i miss my appointment ? how weird why wasn't i been told ? so over all i pretty much got feed up with these office everything out of order the asst. with gang tattoos on there neck and a dirty mouth to doctor yealling on me on the phone and the girl's in the front desk who can't set appointment's so i no longer going to these office would you if you when trough what i when i think i say to much and i made my point my best in-vice is !STAY ALWAYS FROM THESE OFFICE!!! you get notthing but DRAMA
