        I've been trying to call. I've dialed at least 7 different numbers and get the same recording but can't connect to anyone. Dial o for operator and I get the same recording. Please call me 4027215689. I guess i need to make sure I don't buy any of your product and telll everyone esle the same on facebook and anyplace else I can.

        Needed to let someone know about Bialetti Aeternum 10 1/4" nonstick saute pan. Just bought it. Just used it for the first time on a glass top stove. I was only making pancakes. The burner was not extremely hot. The pancakes did not get too brown. I let the burner warm up sufficiently before using. However, when I removed the pan from the stove, the "hi-temp silicone exterior" was left on the burner. It was easy to wipe off. There is a 1/4"x3/4" area on the bottom of the pan where the raw metal is seen. Just wondered what I did wrong. I didn't leave the pan on the stove with the burner on for a long time. I was really looking forward to owning this pan. It's the first ceramic coated pan I've owned. Please advise.
