Mike of Sierra Valley HC has certainly revived my faith in dealing with general contractors especially when it comes to the subject of professionalism and integrity which is truly lacking in most industries nowadays.

Mike's entire crew has excelled in providing the best equipment and services for me given a limited budget along with a difficult situation.The existing power supply to my home to accommodate a new air conditioning system was somewhat insufficient. I was given a break and helping hand by Mike.
I would always remember Jarad as the bionic employee that can stay up in the attic during one of the hottest triple digit summer days of Sacramento without taking a break for hours! Mike was not exaggerating when he advised that his crew can work well in spite of the heat wave during critical installation of my new air conditioning unit!
Additionally, another of Mike's fine employee Matt can also enlarge an air intake hole/vent in my plaster ceiling without requiring any touch-up or clean up job for me. This pattern was prevalent throughout their installation. Albeit few of us can say that for our experience with other contracting crews that we have previously encountered. LOL!
I am also impressed with Mike and his assistant Suzy whom would always be there to answer my phone calls or address my concerns in spite of their hectic schedules. Wishing them continued success! Best, L.Lau
