        The worker comes to my house to clean my dryer vent and finds out it is disconnected. He breaks the news to me and tries to give me some names of companies who can fix my issue. After he left, a few hours later he calls me and explains how he's been thinking all day about a solution and offers to come back and fix the problem at no additional fee. This man really made me feel like he truly cared about my issue and did end up fixing it completely. If the rest of the workers are anything like him, then you'd be a fool to go anywhere else.

        Get ready for a 80 dollar service charge just to come out when they never told me about that. They don't do chimney caps so because the cap was damaged they wouldn't do a sweep and tried to leave with 80 dollars and then said they would come back out when capped for 100 dollars, the quote was 150, now 180 and they thought they were doing me a favor. Stay away, the two guys who came were unbelievably unprofessional and barely spoke.
