Furnace went out on Saturday. Called Shumate and spoke with Marty. He said he could be out that afternoon but he called me back about 15 minutes later and mentioned he called another technician in and he would be here at 10:00 AM. L.J. showed up on time and went right to work. L.J. spent almost 3 hours under the house but he got the furnace going and explained everything he did and what is still needed.

My wife and I went out for about 4 hours but came back to a cold house. Called Marty and he said he would send L.J. right out. Since it was late at night, I told him Sunday would be alright. Again, L.J. showed up on time and found a broken part that wasn't evident the first time. This was in no way L.J.'s fault for not finding it the first time. He got that part fixed and the furnace is working great.

Marty and L.J. have been great. They did everything they said they would do and did it all without any complaints and in a cheerful manner. L.J. explained about the condensation pump that we need andgave me a price. Never did he push for a sale or any additional work not needed.

I would definately recommend this company to my friends or anyone who asked me. They are great!!

I plan on calling them when I decide to replace my old furnace.
