RX Urgent Care

Very professional and thoughtful when answering the phone. Quickly saw me, My critique is not vetting out what patient needs before scheduling. Severe headache from HBP no pain meds given NP stated they would book anyone who calls in regardless if they could help. NP did ask ME what she should do so I suggested a new medicine which she obliged. In the end just confused as to what kind of medical expertise they all had if they didn’t specialize in high blood pressure issues.. system is severely broke even with your own primary doctor who closed up shop to move to India and that’s why I ended up at this urgent care. $164.00 later new HBP meds hoping for the best.

I visited the Rx Urgent Care with an issue that had been lingering for weeks. During my visit, the cause was explained and treatment rendered. Professionalism and customer service were great. I would refer others or return if needed.

Very professional and attentive. My step-daughter was able to get an X-ray and splint with very little wait time. Would definitely return.

Arrived at 9:00 am when they opened. There were only 3 people ahead of me. Took over 3 hours to get out. I could have gone to the emergency and spent the same amount of time.

Jason, the NP I saw was INCREDIBLY rude from the moment he came in the room. He treated me like i was a drug addict after a prescription and have never had such an awful experience with a doctor in my life. I was in awful pain and he was very loud and rude in his tone and was not sympathetic to my agonizing pain at all. He said "well are there any dr appts you HAVEN'T told me about??" in a really rude tone... And I'm not that sensitive of a person. Beware.

I have, unfortunately, had to visit this urgent care on three separate occasions ... once for me and twice with my daughter. We never had to wait very long, and everyone was very courteous, very pleasant and also sympathetic. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone!

The day I went into this urgent care, there were 2 people ahead of me. I waited in the lobby for over an hour, and then once I was in the exam room, I waited for another hour. No one even came in to check on me. There are much faster and friendlier urgent care facilities in the area.
