Manuel is one of the most honest, friendly, customer oriented and meticulous flooring professionals I have encountered. He genuinely cares about each project he getting it done correctly even if that means going above and beyond what he originally expected had to be done. We had our brazilian cherry hardwood floors refinished and they look amazing. I had many questions throughout the process and Manuel was patient and explained every detail to me. He even went above and beyond and corrected a problem with a transition that was not the proper wood type that our contractor installed. Our floors look phenomenal and we made a friend along the way. The other Triangle flooring companies treated us as just a number and were far from customer oriented.

Manuel is a true artisan craftsman. He refinished hardwood floor throughout our whole house about 7 years ago and it is STILL beautiful. We get compliments all the time. He was so patient finding the perfect color I was looking for, ultimately needing to mix his own custom color. You can't find a better professional than Manuel. I am sad to lose him from my area!!!

I was very pleased with Oso Hardwood floors. Manuel installed roughly 1200sq/ft of solid hardwoods in my home. His communication with me throughout the project was excellent. It was a much more extensive project than we had initially anticipated and they were very reasonable in handling the additional work. The finished product was excellent and it took much less time than I had anticipated.
