        Modish Remodeling and owner Roger Simmons is a scam artist. He was supposed to finish my basement and attic. He took my money - did bare minimum work but enough to get a second installment and then stopped showing up. He hires his workers off of Craig's list and does not pay them. He failed numerous inspections and did work incorrectly prior to inspection. DO NOT HIRE HIM. He will rip you off. He left my projects not even half way done and left his trash behind. I have no electricity in my basement or attic because of him.
