        Reprimanded and made to pay $2,500 cost recovery by NC Licensing Board for General Contractors. File 16C336.

        The NC State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating & Fire Sprinkler Contractors put license of owner Keith Hotchkiss on one year probation. File 11460

        Did work without first applying for legally required permits, did not have work inspected by City of Raleigh Inspections Department. Work did not meet building code requirements. Much of it had to be destroyed and redone, at great expense.
