Don't be fooled! Their prices ...

Don't be fooled! Their prices are great and the lifetime warranty even better, but if anything needs to be repaired they will NOT fix it. In 2008 I bought blinds from them and was very happy.



In January 2012 I contacted them because the blind in my daughter's room wasn't opening or closing. I called them a few times and was only able to speak with someone the very first time. I did what she told me and fowarded all the necessary paperwork. To make a long story short, to date my blind is still broken. I kept calling but would ALWAYS get voicemail. One day I *67 my phone number and to my surprise the lady I had spoke with the very first time picked up. Just as I started explaining to her my frustration with how I was being treated by them, she HUNG UP!! I sent Mr. Darren McMahel one last email letting him know that I was unhappy and that I was going to write a formal complaint about them, and he never responded.



I tried for 3 months by calls, emails and faxes to get them to repair my blind. Even agreed to the $30 service charge. And was unsuccessful. Luckely for me I keep records of everything and plan to take this to small claims court. The actual blind cost me $175.



Consumers be careful, we work hard for our money and it's because of us companies are in business. We deserve to be treated with respect. Companies should also honor their warranties!! Sad when that's not the case.
