Big Lots

I'm just sitting here reading over the reviews and came arcoss one anonymous customer who had something not so intelagent to say about a beauitful cashier that has excellent customer service skills from my visits. Since shopping at big lots thanks to that one young lady i've save lots i'm now a rewards member.

Every week I visit big lots and I never have any problems with any of the cashiers excellent customer service

Big Lots on Glenwood Ave is the BEST store around the Raleigh area every time i visit ALL the cashier shows wonderful customer service they try and answer all question the bathrooms are always clean i never have any problems.

Every time a call or shop or even ask a simple question I always get rude customer service by this young lady who is light skin, long braided hair, with a tattoo on her hand and I think her name tag is Mrs. white "not quite sure the name"....and she affects the company in so many ways and needs to be address for her care less behaviors towards customer like me...on the other hand Ialways come back despite of her and no one can beat big lots deals and sells I will always be a customer
