        Horrible, rude and unprofessional. The young guy at the counter asked me if I needed "spark plug glue" for my classic Ford. Just because I was a girl. I have and will never go back.

        I have been buying parts there for many years and the service has been top notch. Ollie was helpful in ordering what I needed and not insisting I come down and pay first. I will never buy parts anywhere else, they are the best and have excellent prices and inventory.

        terrible service! I went in and checked all the parts and prices I might need. New guy helped me was really good. Went back 2 days later waited for 30 mins while one associate helped a customer and the other was helping a guy pick out CLEAR PAINT!! Then he pulled himself away to help me and gave me the wrong part. I found this out after I had taken out the old one and had to reinstall the old. It was a caliper, he gave me the wrong side..... I used to go to Capital blvd they are still great and so is the one on Glenwood. Prepare to wait on Falls, and if you want a common oil filter forget it.
