Patriot Plumbing & Heating Inc

I took off of work to meet with them over two weeks ago. They said I'd get the estimate in a few days. A week later, having heard nothing I left a message on their website asking if maybe it got lost and letting them know I needed to get it from them. I waited another week--No reply, no estimate. I called them and talked with the woman who answers their phone and told her I was waiting on an estimate, BUT also wanted to change the scope of the work just a little--she said she'd give the owner my number. I let a full day pass and called again she said "I gave him your number" I told her I have not heard from them and if they don't want to do they work they should please let me know so I can find someone else. Not a professional way to to do business.
