The only reason for five stars is because there isn't more lmfao!!!! Tom without question is the man! And Antwon is a great sales men.... The name COULDN'T fit better , "SO EASY IT'S AUTO-MATIC" .... I bought a 06 odyssey for my wife (two to choose from) . The deal was so easy and decent i would and do recommend everyone to them... Great cars , better prices, excellent service, and they gave me WAY more than expected for my trade in. A P.O.S 95 accord lmfao!! I don't usually write reviews but i deal with cars (transport, auctions, dealers etc.) and these guys are top notch dealers would send my wife there alone and feel completely confident she got great service and prices... I just when to Auto-Matic late one night last week before the storm hit to get a new car and get out of my beater. I dealt with Tom who had the car ready when I showed up for my appointment. I told him my credit was bad and he put my application in the system late so a computer reviewed it and must have given my 9% by mistake because the last place I went to said I qualified for 18%, so I jumped at that deal and everything worked out great!

I purchased a 2002 "Quality Used Car" from this dealership in May, 2011. Shortly after the purchase) the engine service light came on. I was informed by Automatic that this was nothing more than a malfunction. Shortly after, the floor was soaken wet after a rain storm. I informed Automatic and they wanted to charge me. We brought the car to a friend of mine who was a mechanic. He informed me that: (2) We had to pay $ 750 to realign and uncloand drain pipes around sun roof. In addition, he confirmed that someone had (3) pulled up the carpets in the past and put some type of absorbent to hide the problem. (This was the lingering odor). Recently, we failed our first inspection because of (4) Catalytic converter needed to be replaced, (3) Tire Rod needed to be replaced, (5) Issues with brakes. Bottom line: (5) Atleast two weeks of inconvenience in shop. (6) Cost me almost $ 2,000 in repairs. Bottom line: STAY FAR AWAY FROM DEALERSHIP. UNETHICAL. Ken

I bought my S500 Mercedes in this dealer, the belt was making noise, the dealer fixed it for me without any argument, I love the car. The car is exactly the way that they promised me it was. I have no problems with it. I am overall very happy. I will buy my wife's car in auto-matic car sale and I recommend everyone to this dealer. Arold Bien-aime

I saw a 2002 BMW 745i on Cars.com...I called the dealership Friday and spoke with Tom. He answered my questions and faxed me a CARFAX. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday and wasn't 100% sure that the Beemer was the right color for me. When I arrived I was surprised at how quickly they appraised my BMW (a 1996 with 160k) and presented me with a deal. I actually couldn't say no even though I wasn't crazy about the color the deal was just to good to pass on. Although I live in Newport, RI...If I saw something else I like there I would buy from them again. It was a quick painless experience and I got a great (cranberry) car.

I bought a car there for my wife and will never go back Check Engine light came on twice within a month of having it. Cometically there were enough issues, that should have been corrected before the car was put on the lot, considering the price of the car. Shame on me for not noticing until after I bought the car, but since I cannot correct the mistake I made, I certainly learned from it and will not go back there in the future. Even a car molding flew off as she drove on the highway. I did learn my lesson.
