        I continually get the wrong mail. This has been an ongoing issue with the Queen Creek post office since we have lived here over the last 16 years. Today, I went to get my mail, only to find out I have all of my next door neighbor's mail. Not one piece of the mail is ours. This leads me to wonder which one of my neighbors received my mail. I called the QC post office several times, only to get a busy signal each time. I can only hope that whichever neighbor got my mail will bring it to me, as I will take my neighbors' theirs. It is too bad that I have to give them a star just to post this complaint.

        Overall

        I would have to disagree with comments here. I use the PO many time until I decided this place was useless. I now use UPS 99% of the time it about customer service and the speed of that service. The office at QC post office seem to move at snail pace and that is it.

        I have seen on other sites tha...

        I have seen on other sites that people have had soooo many problems with the Queen Creek location. If you don't like standing in line you should learn how to print your shipping labels online! Come on people that would seriously cut your frustration in half! I love this new location and everyone is super friendly. Our mail carrier is super nice and knows us by name.
