When I called Penny to make our first appointment, she promptly returned my call and was able to groom my two poodles within a few days. She was right on time for our appointment and immediately got to work. My dogs are 10 and 11 years old and have been getting groomed since they were 6 weeks old and they have never looked so good. I could tell she genuinely loves dogs and my dogs loved her. It was so nice to have her come to my house and when she was done, neither of my dogs appeared to be stressed as is so typical when I have had to leave them somewhere for hours to get groomed. I only regret I didn't find her sooner. I already booked their next appointment before she left. I agree with the previous review, I don't typically write reviews but this lady deserves one. She was awesome!

Highly Recommended. Penny was professional, on-time & gentle with my pooches. Her rates were competitive & she took extra time to make sure the cut was perfect. I typically do not take time to write reviews; however, great service deserves recognition.
