OMG, the absolute worst experience ever! The finance manager and even the general manager enjoy belittling people! I do believe they thought i was stupid because they tried to give me almost 2000 less on my trade than a garage, kelly blue book, and another dealer told me. This location obviously does not want a sale and in these times, i would think everyone would want a sale. This business ran credit reports when they were not supposed to, they tried to keep a deposit when i stated that i did not want the sale with them, and they purposely insulted my by phone. After all was said and done, and i said no more, they continued to contact me and leave messages at my phone, patronizing me regarding the sale i refused to take. I went to a direct competitor with my down payment and my trade and left the same day with my new car, thank god there are still a few honest business people!
