Pen's Oriental Kitchen

Hostess is snotty and portions are smaller than the old Pen's. Plus they say they accept credit cards but only if your order is over $10.00. Where does it say that? On a piece of paper tacked to the wall next to the register where no one can see it until you are ready to pay.



There are better Chinese restaurants now in town. I'd avoid this place.

i don't even want to give them one star.. not even worth it.



Just ordered from here and the food was absolutely horrible. Crispy beef was soggy.. Kung Pao chicken was 80 percent celery, hot and sour soup was all broth, burnt fortune cookies. Honestly it was completely terrible. We called to complain and was told if we come in with our food we would get a refund. We came in with our food and they picked at it with their hands and fingers, cooks came out to look at it and they wouldn't give us a refund. After denying a refund and ruining out leftovers by putting there hands all in our food we left after spending almost 50 dollars on completely S***ty food. So disappointed in Pens. They use to be so good and now they are crashing and burning.



Not to mention after my mom complained they started getting mad at her and told her that their crispy beef is cooked soggy.. um ok that makes sense right... ya no.



Waste of money, waste of time and energy to have them promise a refund and drive all the way back and them pick threw our food. That's just ridiculous. Worst customer service... lets just say all around horrible.
