Really nice chap. Had forgotten my password for my admin account on windows8. Had tried to fix it myself by using software downloaded from the internet but my net book doesn't have a disc drive so couldn't use normal routes. He fixed it for me in the space of three hours and was 50% cheaper than any of the other local business. Even offered to drop it round, which would have been a great help as I work from home. Would recommend

Chao fixed my laptop as it was running slow, they backed up all my data, re installed windows 7 and put all the data back on within 24 hours. it is now running smoothly thank you

Chao is one of the most dishonest people that I have ever dealt with. We took our computer to AAA because our hard drive crashed - we wanted to recover our pictures mainly. He had our computer for 3 months! We heard every excuse in the book from Chao. He charged us over $800.00! His place is a pig pen and he is so unorganized that he lost our discs that we gave him to re-install on our computer. Our computer does not function the way it should and the way he told us it would. We have lost all of our programs and he never recovered all of our files like he said he would. This review is being done because we do not want anyone else to have to deal with this shady character - he is a scam! Acupuncture upstairs, screw job down stairs!

My parents (in their 80s) had their a hard drive crash with all their financial records, journals, etc. They went to Chao for data recovery. He claimed to have access to a "clean room" for data recovery. But he did not use the clean room and his work area is filthy - like a dirty computer junkyard with dust all over. We wanted full data recovery - got partial data and high percentage of the files are unusable - missing file extensions - raw data blocks with no file name nor extension, empty folders, etc. We paid $169 extra for expedited service. Took him 6 weeks of excuses. We kept asking for a price but he could not give it because he was never in the office to know how much time would be spent on the project. When I finally told him I was going to pick up the drive and take it someplace else - he said it was done. The final price was going to over $1600 in addition to the $169 we already paid - for the partial data recovery of unusable data. He would not let us take the drive without paying, but I was able to negotiate down to a little less than $1000. We have been trying to get a partial refund and his only response is that he is working with his partner on the issue. But then he has been completely unresponsive. He did not keep repeated promises to have it done. Much of the recovered data is unusable. He only gave a partial recovery rather than a full data recovery as requested. The drive we got back was covered in dust (and potentially damaged even further as he said he replaced the head, did the recovery, and then put back the old damaged head - apparently all in dirty/dusty conditions). I would never let anyone I know go here, and would recommend anyone considering using his services, to look elsewhere. This has been a horrible experience, especially for my parents - as they still do not have usable data, the drive may have been damaged further, and we are out a large amount of money and can't afford to get anyone else to look at the drive until we get a refund. I do not recommend this place at all.

AAA Computers on University Ave in Provo, Ut He was very dishonest, really slow, didn't return my phone calls, and was very rude! He works out of his parent basement, and it is very dirty.He did work that was not authorized, and charges way to much for the work you ask him to do. He lied to me several times on the phone and in person. I am very disapointed with his work, I will have to take my computer to be fixed by someone else.

AAA computer have been servicing our computer for the past 7 years. I own a bookkeeping service.They have come to our rescue many times over. They are great to work with. Highly recommend.

I'm visiting from Denver for our first grandson's birthday. I droped the laptop and broke the jack. I got it back next day and it works again! Great Service.

I took my laptop in to this very shady guy. He didn't give me any receipt or work order or anything for my laptop. I waited for 3 months and never heard anything so I called and he said the guy working on it wasn't there. I called back again in a month and he hadn't even started working on it. I came back again 3 months later to his establishment and the laptop still was not done and I never even got to see it. I still have never received a call from this guy ( 2 years later). He is just looking to steal your stuff.

They recovered data we thought was lost forever! Chao is not only a computer genius but one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet! I give them my highest recommendation!

My computer was hit by the fake antivirus, I can't access the internet. I need to turn in the job report that afternoon. I called AAA Computer and took my computer in. They work on it for 3 hours while I was waiting by the counter and only charge me $50. I just want to say THANKS.

I brought my laptop into AAA Computer when my hard drive crashed and I thought all was lost. I found AAA Computer online, and immediately brought my laptop in. They gave me a quote in less than 15 minutes, and told me that they would get me a new hard drive working within a day. However, they were upfront that they couldn't guarantee getting all my of my information off my old harddrive. Not the news I wanted to hear. They had my laptop working with all my old information recovered within a week and for the amount they quoted me. I would strongly recommend using them for any problem, and I will definitely use them again if I need them.
