He quoted 4 days to complete the job, it took 3 weeks (with no weather delays). He only put in about 4 hours a day on the job. He stated 2 weeks in a row that he would come on Saturday to work and both times no called/no showed. We wanted smooth concrete, ended up with concrete with divots & swirl marks because he tried to sand away his mistakes. He never asked what kind of stain we wanted, instead he chose it and applied it before we had a chance to approve it. We have multiple areas where the stain does not match because he ran out and bought a different color to finish. The ceiling fan he installed doesn’t work properly. There are areas of the roof where he left gaping holes on the sides where animals can crawl in and live. We found out after the job was done that he never got permits from the city to do the job even though he told us when he sold us the job that he takes care of all of that. His lack of professionalism, customer service and work ethic are very apparent.
