Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I called Roto-Rooter for a clogged drain on 3/17/10. The Plumber was at my house within 1 hr and solved my problem quickly and efficiently. He also fixed a leaky faucet for me without me having to make a separate appointment. The Plumber was very nice and efficient.

When I called Roto-Rooter last week for a problem with a water leak, I was surprised that a techncian (Jim) arrived within a half hour. I read many times how consumers take a day off work waiting for service workers and then the worker does not show. Jim was friendly and knowlegeable. He kept his work area clean.

After spending a lot of money on commerial grade Drano, purchased only at Lowe's, and creating my own snake to clean the toilet, I gave up and called Roto Rooter.



The receptionist who answered the phone was very polite and said he could have a plumber at my house that afternoon. He came. He was also very polite. Jim Koxeng worked efficiently to take the toilet off and put a snake into the pipe all the way to the sewer. He explained the entire process. He then a smaller snake into the shower. This took a long time as this pipe was really stuck with ???>?>? I told him the last product I bought was this tonix stuff that I was afraid to use. He agreed with me that the stuff was tonic and told me about the Roto Rooter stuff, non-tonic, and full of helpful bacteria that will clean the pipes constantly. This is great, it works like compost! I like that.



While the bill was a bit more than I expected, Jim did a great job and I hope that I don't have to go thru that process again.
