        Prov Auto Body is by far the best auto body shop in R.I. Knew the family for years and are the best to work with. Prov Auto will handle your claim from beginning to end with no hassle. It's the customers that they care about. Once your car is ready for pickup it will look sparkling new as if it was never in an accident.

        worst experience ever. Waited a week for an appointment. Then they told me my $2,300 in damage would take 14 business days. Rude customer service also. They clearly have too much business. Taking my car elsewhere.

        I have visited Providence Auto Body Shop more than once. Though a misfortune, for the simple fact that I actually had to go in the first place, it quickly became an experience that I had to appreciate. They handled everything from rental and discounts towards my deductible! They take great pride in their work and will speak on your behalf with your insurance company too. The body work when it was finished was so well done. I was so glad how they handled everything from beginning to end that I refer everywhere I go! Two thumbs up!
