        Because the lowest star is one...

        Because the lowest star is one... that is the is the only reason they are getting that... I was extremely dis-satisfied with the service received on Aug 10, 2011. They have supposedly servicing my AC/Furnace for the past 7 years. They reported all was "OK.. no problem found" and cost $55. I was dissatisfied with how the system was operating all called another service company. There was a serious problem. Utilizing the new company... they fixed, serviced and repaired the unit. I will never... repeat... never use or recommend them again.
