Went and had a pedicure my foot is killing me. Have lots of bandages on it. It really hurts he took a large flap which covered the raw part of my foot and cut if off now it is flipping sore when I walk ha ha won't be doing that again I think I should have gotten free visits especially when I was telling him it hurt and I have diabetic feet I also told him several times I was diabetic.. Don't know if I will go back. Don't need to loose my feet because of their stupidity

Lynn's is the best place to have your nails and toes done and now she does eyelash extensions too. Fabulous job - clean, friendly, relaxing.

I love this shop! Lynn always give excellent service and her employees are always friendly! I have gone to Lynn for 4 years and have never been disappointed. Her shop is very clean, neat and I know she make an extra effort to make sure that everything is very well sanitized. Wouldn't change a thing!!

I have been to several salons in the Prescott and Prescott Valley area. Lynn's is by far the best. And YES they do clean their equipment every time!!!! Anyone paying attention will see that. They have a sterilization unit that is used to sanitize the tools. I agree that the negative ratings are likely from another salon owner, it wouldn't surprise me. Lynn's is always pleasant, yes they all have a license and her sister is the one who is waxing and she does have an Arizona license. My nails are done perfect every time. I have gels and Lynn takes extreme care with my nails. She sometimes runs a bit late because she doesn't rush anyone. She and her employees have always treated me with respect and thoughtfulness. Too bad there are a few that just want to do whatever they can to destroy a solid business. You use your judgment. Marie M.

I agree with the other posts when they say they do not clean their equipment and they are just in a rush to get to the next customer. My daughter and I went, but I was called before her and she was still done way before me. They had no idea what I was talking about when I said the type of nails I wanted. There were no prices listed anywhere that I could see. I kept telling the woman that I wanted my nails a bit thinner, but she was going so fast that she still never did what I asked. She didn't clean up the area around my nails so I had to do that at home. l went here because it was very close to my house, but will be going elsewhere for my refill.

My mom and I came when they first opened and it alright. When we came back the second time for my full set, it was horrible! This guy put on my tips all uneven shape and lengh. I came home and took all off next day. Very horrible....

Hate this place!! 2 old men gave us pedicures and it was horrible. He cut my pinky toe and didn't even say sorry. He tried to act like a proffessional but you can tell that he's not by the way he held his snipper. It seem like they were all rushing to get to next customer. He used the dirty water in spa to wash my feet and legs then massage for 1 minute and a total of our pedis was like 15 mins, horrible english, we couldn't understand. At the end, my mom got her eyebrows waxed and half of her eyebrow was gone and the lady who did it said i'm sorry, you come back next week i will fix for free and you don't have to pay this time, what the f**?. when paying for our pedis i noticed there's only 2" MANICURIST" licenses displayed and no wax license neither, how can you wax without a cosmetologist license. The guy punched in the wrong total over of 18 dollars and again said sorry.....didn't wash their tools the way they advertised on coupon zipper. as you can see after each use, they bring their tools to the back to wipe and slip them back into the bag. We came here thinking that this place is new and clean but it's just like every other shops. Not supprised to find out from people around PV that i'm not the only one. please pay attention to their licenses and the way they clean their tools while you're there for your service. They don't open and clean the spa filter after each use in the spa chairs neither and to me that is main part of where the infections come from. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!
