        I used this company several times in the past for rental properties that we manage and they have always done a great job. I wanted to help someone out and decided to give Pile Hi Carpet cleaning a try. MISTAKE! Thompson's Steam Way rescued me when the other company did not have me on the schedule! Thank you so much for getting me out the mess I was in! I know now to stay with a reputable company that offers excellent customer service!
