        They don't charge for a service call but charge $200 to diagnose the problem. Took advantage of my ignorance and that's on me. But unethical business practices is on them. I would never recommend or use again. It's a one and done company. Many other ethical electricians in Prescott to choose from. Don't get taken advantage of like me!
