We have had 3 wonderful experiences over the years using Mc Carty Builders Inc. for major renovations of an old house and wouldn`t hesitate to do so again or to recommend them without qualification. They do a thorough, creative and thoughtful job in the design phase, provide a detailed plan for exactly what work will be done when, anticipate most issues so that there are few change orders, and they do this almost to the day on their projected time frame. While it may seem that they are slightly more expensive than many competitors, it is worth it because of the quality of the work, reliability, few change orders to add expense and their overall good relationships with their subs. They make it all happen with only the necessary disruption to the homeowner. Mc Carty Builders Inc. were a perfect team!

They did a fantastic job. I need wall repair and paint, kitchen faucet replacement, and grout work. Everything was done well and they cleaned up after. They even proactively painted some other nicks on the wall that I did not specify. In addition, when the faucet did not work properly, they went out and got a replacement and installed it. I was very satisfied with their work.

He`s remodeled 2 of my houses and did an awesome job. If I have any more work to be done in the future I would call Mc Carty Builders Inc. first - they are very reliable and professional!
