USA Carpet

If you’re wanting rude customer service this is the place to do business. The owner or "Big Boss" is what they call him basically fails when it comes to customer service. I did business with this company at the beginning of Dec. 2011. Literally, the next day, I called USA Carpet and Mattress Inc regarding my purchase thinking that I was mislead in the item I bought. In their defense, I WAS NOT however when I called to discuss this with the "Big Boss" he was extremely rude. He explain their return policy which I understood but when I wanted to ask him a question he basically said many uncalled for things such as: I don't know why your call me, this conversation is pointless, your interrupting my dinner (keep in mind his son originally gave me his number), there is nothing to talk about, this is your problem, I have nothing to say to you, this is a waste of time....His voice was extremely firm and he continued to interrupt and over talk me. I was appalled that a company would treat a customer like that. If I or anyone for that matter is spending money on a product a company is selling, respect is expected and to say the least, to be listened to.

Once I understood their return policy which by the way was not written anywhere on their receipt, I did not push my original desire. I just had one additional question that was in regards to the product not their policy and he COMPLETELY blew me off.

I am not a confrontational person and my belief and value is to always speak kindly to people especially if you want a good result. Unfortunately, I ran into someone who does not share that same value or respects those he provides service to.

I would not recommend business with them based on their customer service. If you don’t talk them then you’ll be fine.
