Kiss My Grass Lawn Care

Last summer they did a great job and I had no complaints. However, this year their work has been sub par. I called and complained about areas that were not cut. They apologized and said they were training and would I send pictures. Then they sent someone back and cut my grass very low (ok, I get it). Since that time they have continued with the same sub par work. I decided to discontinue service and called to tell them that. The owner immediately went on the attack saying that someone had checked my lawn when I complained and there were no issues. Hmmm, I seem to remember that they were training someone. He then asked for pictures again, so that he could use them for training and I stated that I wasn't responsible for training his employees. At that time he got very rude, angry, and condescending. I'm a single mom who's not used to being talked to in that way. I was also a good customer who always paid my bills in a timely manner.

Kiss my grass has done a great job on our lawn.this is our first year using them, last year we had service with another company that just could not get it together.

these guys are great. Johns team came out and did a clean up of our lawn. there attention to detail is first class, they also provided a professional pine straw install that looks the best in our neighborhood.

They are definitely the best in the area. we have used several other "lawn services" who stood us up or did a horrible job. Kiss my grass did a excellent job.

Referred to this company by my neighbor. Called for an estimate and was able to get started quickly. The cut was great and I am going to continue to use them.

Nice guys. They do a great job, Steve also helped chase down my dog that got loose he even pushed my trash can to the curb. My yard looks great and if I need help with something a little extra they just do it. I wish there were more people like this, It can be hard to find people to help with the little things. I will be recommending them to my family and neighbors.

I needed my leaves removed and bushes trimmed before the holidays. I had family coming over at the last minute. I was so thankful that Kiss My Grass was able to get it done in time as promised on such short notice. I was impressed with their work and will be using them again.

My neighbor was forced to call the police on their service crew yesterday because they threatened him when he asked them not to blow their clients leaves on his property.

Ms.Lindsey B. Your claim is untruthful. We completed services at your property on two occasions 8/8/16 and 8/23/16 both in which we cut the front and back of property as requested and for the price agreed upon on the estimate. We did not hear from you at all until we contacted you regarding payment. Payments are due within 10 days of service and you still have NOT made payment. Service issues should be addressed within 48 hours in order to address them. You allowed us to come back and complete a second service even without paying for the first WITHOUT any complaint. We complete all properties at industry standard and with commercial grade equipment, and a two man crew lawns should only take 20-30 minutes to complete in order to keep prices affordable. Yes, in an attempt to collect a debt, we recorded our conversation. No foul language was used. You NEVER contacted us regarding the quality of service. Only when repeated requests were made to collect payment did you suddenly have a complaint. We are in business to provide services and receive payment for services. How dare you leave a negative review for services you have still NOT paid for. As of 12/3/16 you are 107 days past due. Since you have not paid, you are not a customer and at this time are slandering our company.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with the owner as well, he is a complete jerk and extremely unprofessional. He actually drove to my house and started yelling at me, pulled out his phone and started recording me and saying that he was going to take me to court and sue me over $90 because I did not pay him because he refused to have his people come back and actually cut my yard like they were supposed to. My estimate included cutting my front and my back yard which is normal but they would come each time and only cut the front yard ...very poorly I might add and then drive off after about 20 minutes. After I confronted him about that and asked him to please come and finish the work and then I would pay him he refused and then threatened to sue me. please do not use this service, it is awful!!!

Omg just had the owner tell me pretty much since I wasn't happy with his service move on I was the smallest job as far as HOA goes and 200.00 was lowest ever paid so pretty much he said shut up and be happy. He was not pleasant. I advised him I was not happy with his half Azz job he was like I don't care arguing with the customer only because she was not happy with his work will never use him again. I'm in real estate could have had several referrals.

Just had my gutters cleaned. Great price and crew was friendly. I already recommended the company to my family.

I just had the same experience as dawn today. Called John ( the owner ) to complain about services not completed, and he threw a terrible fit like a spoiled 2 year old, he cussed me out something terrible. As of now I'm discontinuing his services. He needs to be much more respectful to his customers. In addition to not completing work they destroyed many of my plants. And I would have to call them constantly for service.

My experience was similar to Dawn's - these guys are on drugs!! Got a flyer and scheduled them to cut lawn. As I pulled up to my yard, I could see lawn hadn't been edged, gutters had grass so it hadn't been blown. When I complained, got cussed at and called names!! What type of business does that?? You know what kind!! And I'd bet $ that only women get treated this way!

This turned out to be the most unprofessional experience i have ever had! I asked kiss my grass to come and cut the grass for one of my clients rental properties. I went over to view the home after the grass was cut and there were areas that was not cut or weed eated. when a complaint was made to kiss my grass, a man came out who claimed to be the owner. He cussed like a sailor screamed and threw a fit like a 2 year old. He would not run his mower over the areas missed and threatened to steal my air conditioner if he was not paid. I would not recommend this company. It was an unbelievable sight.

These guys are the best! Very friendly, fantastic prices and great, prompt services. Would highly recommend.
