My two Air/Heating Units needed replacement. We spoke with several Air companies from the lists of flyers received in the Valpak mailer and TV AD's. After speaking to the other different Air companies representatives to get quotes, we called Atlanta Air care of Powder Springs Georgia and decided to do business with the company. The Financial rep. sent to our House named Jimmy was very patient and professional with answering our numerous questions both on the phone and in person. I and my husband felt comfortable and decided that Atlanta Air Care of Powder Springs Georgia is the best people to install our two air/Heating units. The two Technicians that installed the units in our home did an excellent job in installing the equipment's. I would recommend Atlanta Air Care of Powder Springs Georgia to anyone, any day. I chose Atlanta Air Care after interviewing several other companies to replace my heating and air conditioning system, as well as install a new hot water heater. My overall experience with Atlanta Air Care was excellent. It started with the sales representative coming to my home to fully explain the product and service the company would provide. This included a complete proposal, and explanation of warranties and maintenance contract, as well as information on the company in general. He was very professional and still friendly. On the day of installation, the installer arrived on time and with all the equipment and parts needed to complete the job. A technician explained the paperwork to me and during installation, I was asked to check out what was being done so that I would have a better understanding of how the new equipment worked. They were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process.

Installed our basement system last year. Very professional, great price, all around good experience. One year later they came out and conducted yearly maintenance with the same level of service.
