Automotive Excellence

I have been taking my cars to this shop for over 10 years. I have recommended him to a lot of others. I have never had a problem with any of the service I have gotten here. I will continue to take my cars to him even tho I live in Spokane. He is worth it!

This is a privately owned business. The owner works on your car based on some wierd criteria that he creates in his own mind. Our vehicle and another very expensive car sat in his shop for over a month - paid for - and he did no work on it. When he presented me with the balance of the bill I asked him for an accounting of the parts and how much they cost. I even volunteered to pay the money he wanted if he would just give me copies of the receipts. He refused and instead took me to small claims court for $52.00 In court he told the judge that the receipts on these parts were NONE OF MY BUSINESS! None of my business? If I have to pay money for something I think I have the right ot know what I am paying for! This is a VERY shady operation and not one I would recommend to anyone. He might promise to work for cheaper but I would recommend a reputable business any day over this one. The work, the parts, everything is questionable.
